Write Arduino firmware for a Seeed XIAO ESP32C6 driving a 4.3in 400x300 e-ink display (Waveshare or WeAct style SPI panel), with a rotary encoder for menu navigation and an SCD40 CO2 sensor over I2C. Create a main screen showing CO2, temperature and humidity, a settings menu, and a simple order-taking menu with item selection. Use partial refresh where possible to save power.

Story

Tinycorder is a small multi-use device that pays tribute to the Star Trek tricorder. It has a two-piece PLA shell held by four M3 screws, a hanging loop for a neck or hand strap, a power switch, and a rotary encoder for input. The screen is a 400x300 e-ink panel, chosen for its low power use and sharpness.

The current firmware includes settings and about menus, plus custom menus built for a Seeed Studio contest. The theme is food service, so the menus are set up for taking food orders. An SCD40 sensor adds air quality and CO2 readings.

The author describes this as the third version, following V2 and a Retrocorder. Sensors and menus are still in development, and the README lists the bill of materials as unfinished.
